Questions

Is it really private?

Yes. Inkport runs entirely in your browser. Your files are read on your device and the page can't send them anywhere: its security policy blocks it, and the code is open source.

Which files can it open?

Samsung Notes files (.sdocx), a folder of them, or a .zip. Older formats such as .sdoc and .snb aren't supported.

Can Claude read my whole library?

Yes. On a computer, the free Samsung Notes connector lets Claude read every note directly. Set up the connector

What does Send to AI send?

A text file with each note's typed text and dates, images of the pages with handwriting or drawings, and the attached photos and PDFs, at most 10 files per message. On a phone it opens the share menu so you pick the app; on a computer it saves the files for you to drag into the chat. Inkport itself has no server, so nothing passes through it.
